OFFICE HOURS
Dr. Ikenze offers both in-person and remote consultations. In-person consultations are available Tues.-Thurs. 9AM-5PM. The office is open Mon.- Thurs. 9AM to 5PM. Call to schedule an in-person or remote consultation.
Closed for lunch 12:30PM to 2:00PM.
AFTER HOURS CARE
Dr Ikenze can be reached through the answering service for urgent advice if needed when the office is closed.
There is a fee for after hours telephone treatment of an acute illness, however there is no fee for ongoing telephone dialogue pertaining to illness currently under treatment. Please refer to Fee Schedule below.
HOSPITAL CARE
Dr Ikenze works only as a homeopathic practitioner and not as a primary care provider. She has no admitting privileges to any hospitals. You are encouraged to have a primary care provider other than Dr Ikenze, and use Dr Ikenze as your homeopathic consultant.
BILLING PRACTICES
Dr Ikenze does not belong to any insurance networks and does no third party billing. Payment is expected at the time of service. You will be provided with a “super bill” with standard billing codes to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will be reimbursed according to the terms of your insurance contract if you belong to a PPO. Please note: HMOs and Kaiser will not reimburse your visit to this office.
MEDICARE AND MEDICAL
Dr Ikenze is not a MediCal or MediCare provider. You will not be able to receive reimbursement from MediCare or MediCal for your visit. To make homeopathy accessible MediCal and Medicare patients receive a 10% discount on the initial visit. Although Dr Ikenze is not a Medicare or Medicaid provider and does not accept Medicare or Medicaid payments, please see the following notice from the State of California concerning payments from drug companies to physicians and hospitals.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged the full cost of the visit. Cancellations for Monday appointments must be made the prior Thursday.

I took my son Nick to see Dr. Ikenze when he was 6 months old. He was diagnosed at 4 months of age with a rare, incurable disease known as Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis. He had a skin rash over his entire body and numerous enlarged lymph nodes. The homeopathic remedies cleared his skin rash within several months. He went into spontaneous remission.
