OFFICE HOURS

The office is open Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
In office consultation hours are Monday through Thursday 10AM to 5PM
Closed for lunch 12:30PM to 2:00PM

AFTER HOURS CARE

There is a fee for after hours telephone treatment of an acute illness, however there is no fee for ongoing telephone dialogue pertaining to illness currently under treatment.  Please refer to Fee Schedule below.

HOSPITAL CARE

While Dr Ikenze does not personally admit patients to the hospital she consults with an extensive network of Bay Area specialists and hospitals and refers patients accordingly, and routinely visits hospitalized patients.

BILLING PRACTICES

Dr Ikenze does not belong to any insurance networks and does no third party billing. Payment is expected at the time of service. You will be provided with a “super bill” with standard billing codes to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will be reimbursed according to the terms of your insurance contract if you belong to a PPO. Please note: HMOs and Kaiser will not reimburse your visit to this office.

MEDICARE AND MEDICAL

Dr Ikenze is not a MediCal or MediCare provider. You will not be able to receive reimbursement from MediCare or MediCal for your visit. To make homeopathy accessible MediCal and Medicare patients receive a 20% discount on the initial visit. Payment plans are also available. Please ask at the front desk for payment plan information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four hours before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged full cost of the visit. Cancellations for Monday appointments must be made the prior Friday.
