A few weeks ago I stopped at the drug store to pick up a few toiletries. Standing in the express check out line, I found myself getting impatient when a customer in front of the line attempted to return an item at that counter rather than using the customer service counter and of course, ended up holding up the line. As I left the drug store and was driving downtown for an appointment, the traffic was held up by a driver who appeared unsure of which of four gas stations to turn into. Again, I felt myself getting impatient and irritated.
