Hello, Dr. Ikenze!

I am not going to be able to make the Pasadena Expo to hear your presentation on managing stress and anxiety without drugs. It is a topic that I am so intrigued with as I have gone through anxiety disorder without taking drugs. I would like to learn more and was wondering if you have a link I could read up more on the topic or you have videos on Youtube.

The entire day had a sense of flow and ease, and of course you created it. I was touched by how you made everyone feel welcomed and respected. You were present for those who arrived on time and you took care of late comers with your warm and accepting presence -- answering the phone, giving directions, finding an additional chair, and continuing the teaching -- all of these you did as one seamless act without a sense of disruption to the class. Therefore, the teaching didn't seem separate from other logistical activities. In fact your ways of handling logistics was an implicit part of the teaching -- the application of the material in real time.

Regarding the content, you applied the same sense of flow to your presentation of this rich material. Although the sequence of the teaching followed a structure, there was no sense of rigidity that separated one topic from the next. It was all a natural flow coming out of your presence and connection with everyone rather than following a printed outline. Everything felt easy and simple, making me and perhaps others more relaxed and receptive to the content. As the day progressed the room felt more personal, intimate, and contactful.

I appreciate the dedication and love with which you organized and presented this workshop. Thank you Ifeoma for sharing your knowledge.

With love and gratitude, Shifteh

Thank you for a wonderful day. The flow of the retreat and the interaction was fantastic. You provided us a way to really take a deeper look ... With a set of tools to take and continue the work. Thank you ... hope you continue to offer these retreats.

I recently attended the first class on Women's Health taught by Dr Ikenze. It was an amazing class. I was able to understand the medical implications of how hormones affect our bodies and our lives because of Dr. Ikenze's ability to put it into words and examples that we laywomen could understand.

I am thankful that after all these years, I now had information to pass on to my family as to why I was so emotionally erratic and seemingly crazy during menopause.

Twenty years ago there was little information on this important subject. Doctors were beginning to give hormone replacement. This was not an alternative for me. No one had any advice that worked for me.

My son who was quite young during that time will be quite happy to have this information. He suffered with my inability to control my emotions.

I am looking forward to the next class; we will learn what to eat and how to take care of our bodies during this difficult time.

I recommend this class to all women young, middle aged and older. We can all educate each other if we have the information.
